MAJOR MEETING WITH COUNTY SHERIFF AN AMAZING SUCCESS

- Posted 5-23-09

Due to the alarming avalanche of anti-gun legislation and related federal government actions of late, the Richland County Citizens For The 2nd Amendment held a meeting with Richland County Sheriff Steve Sheldon to discuss our mutual concerns on Tuesday, 5-19-09. There was standing room only in the large classroom at the Richland County Sheriff's Department and lasted almost two hours. Enthusiastic energy was maintained from beginning to end thanks to Sheriff Sheldon's identical concerns and helpful suggestions.

The topics of discussion included a review of the Nazi-like bills floating around in Washington, D.C., the proposed anti-gun, anti-ammunition, anti-gun show international treaty with Mexico, the growing number of unconstitutional military intelligence-local police "fusion centers" for public control, the possibility of mandatory flu inoculations and refusal to take them by many patriots and the possibility of "quarantine camps", the approach of future food shortages and how they will be used as levers for gun confiscations and mass manipulation, the constitutional requirements for a 4th Amendment search warrant, the Sheriff's pro-2nd Amendment promise to never allow unconstitutional gun confiscations as well as the mentioning of the good folks at http://www.oath-keepers.blogspot.com/ . Numerous well-stated reminders were given that only by relying upon Divine providence in prayerful obedience can eventual Victory be realized. Our founding fathers showed the way.

The need to develop self-sufficient food supplies, natural anti-viral helps and countywide Defense Groups in the event of attempted, unconstitutional, firearms confiscations was emphasized. Sheriff Sheldon suggested the importance of contacting the county commissioners for review of these serious issues and the planning for defensive actions within the county.

Some expressed their concerns of a nearing, possible, "civil war" erupting along the demarcation-fault lines of differing ideology and allegiance within states including police departments, state guard units, and various legislative and executive bodies. Gun and ammunition stockpiling was encouraged by County Network members, "just in case". The attendees agreed with the importance of additional similar meetings and left with a positive air of confidence and good will. Many new members were added to the Richland County Citizens For The 2nd Amendment at the site with several promising to reach out to their neighbors and associates to help build Neighborhood Defense Groups and the County 2nd Amendment Network. All concurred that educating the public to the increasing number of crises is a top priority. The meeting was a large step in the right direction and serves as a bright example to other counties as to what can be done with a little community solidarity.

Work on presentations to the county commissioners for further organizing and preparing will, hopefully, begin soon.

PROCLAMATION UPHOLDING 1ST, 2ND, 4TH AND 14TH AMENDMENTS PASSES IN RICHLAND COUNTY!

- Posted 7-15-09

After email collaboration with Mr. Ed Olson, County Commissioner of Richland County, Ohio, a comprehensive Proclamation was presented and voted upon during the public hearing of Tuesday, 6-30-09, at the Richland County Court House. The passage followed my brief review of the basic reasons for an official county reaffirmation of our constitutional rights. There was standing room only in the Commissioners' chamber with two different TV station cameras in attendnace as well.

Loud applause broke out in response to Mr. Olson's public reading of the Proclamation in specific support of the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 14th Amendments. The enthusiasm was even more amplified when the unanimous vote of the county commissioners was heard. No better outcome could have been hoped for from this public hearing!

TEXT OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PROCLAMATION UPHOLDING OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS

Below is the full text of the Proclamation supporting our constitutional rights which was unanimously passed and signed by the Richland County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday morning, June 30th, 2009 at the Richland County Court House in Mansfield, Ohio. Notice carefully the clause that implicitly rejects any claimed federal jurisdiction of the so-called "Patriot Act" and any of its many derivatives and permutations within the borders of Richland County, Ohio which would be exercised "at the cost of our freedom and liberty."

BOARD OF RICHLAND COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PROCLAMATION SUPPORTING SECOND AMENDMENT RIGHTS

Whereas, the Second, Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States guarantees every citizen the Right to Bear Arms, Protection Against Unlawful Search and Seizure, and the Right to Due Process in the courts of this Republic, and

Whereas, citizens of the United States, the State of Ohio, and Richland County have long debated the erosion of personal liberty and changes to our Constitution as people have worried that their right to live free and unfettered lives can be altered through judicial decisions and legislative action including the unlawful confiscation of firearms and ammunition, and

Whereas, we believe in the Right of Free Expression guaranteed us in the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution whereby a free people can express their opinion and seek common ground with others with whom they may disagree.

Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the Richland County Board of Commissioners affirms those rights guaranteed to our citizens under the Second, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution and caution those who wish to alter our rights that those actions must yield to the greater good of a free people who wish to make decisions that affect their lives to be decisions that they feel are in their best interest. Government has a duty to protect its citizens from enemies both foreign and domestic, but those actions meant to protect our citizens should never be at the cost of our freedom and liberty.

In witness whereof, we have set our hand and caused our seal to be affixed this thirtieth day of June in the year of Our Lord 2009.

A PROPOSAL FOR RICHLAND COUNTY SELF SUFFICIENCY WAS DISTRIBUTED AT THE 6-30-09 BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS PUBLIC HEARING

- Posted 7-15-09

During the Richland County Board of Commissioners public hearing which was held on 6-30-09 in which a Proclamation for Upholding the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 14th Amendments to the Constitution of the United States was unanimously passed, "A Proposal For Richland County Self Sufficiency" was given to each county commissioner, along with other material, in individual folders. Future follow-up concerning the important issues described is planned. The complete text of "A Proposal For Richland County Self Sufficiency" is presented for the consideration of other patriot action groups for adoption in their own localities.

A PROPOSAL FOR RICHLAND COUNTY SELF SUFFICIENCY

In light of the fact that the U.S. economy is imploding and will continue to collapse under the disastrous weight of more than a thousand trillion dollars of toxic debt tied up in the derivatives market bubble and other related financial scams of the federal reserve, the resulting massive loss of jobs and businesses in Richland County demands immediate, organized defensive actions. Attempts to stimulate and grow our own economy along with increased food production and distribution to guard against future depression level poverty and shortages are strongly encouraged. To that end, it is requested that a multi-jurisdictional discussion-planning meeting be held by the various local departments of the government of Richland County to promote local self sufficiency as opposed to continued dependence on federal or state constrictions.

1) The monetizing of county infrastructure projects by way of payment in county scrip, thus, helping to provide employment for local citizens and stimulating the county economy is highly recommended. Please visit the web site http://www.ThePlenty.org and read the accompanying hand-out article "How to Monetize a Bridge" which can be found at http://www.MosesHand.com .

2) The encouraging of county food coops should be made a high priority. Scholarly predictions of coming food shortages in America are increasing in number and frequency and should be responded to with prudent planning actions. The constitutional right of local food coops to grow and sell home-grown food unencumbered should be jealously guarded as provided for and guaranteed by the 4th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

3) Richland County "Rainy Day Funds" as recorded in the CAFR, or, the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, should be liquidated and used for emergency relief programs for the critical needs of Richland County citizens. There could be no more appropriate use of these CAFR Rainy Day Funds than for the assistance of local citizens as the general economic conditions continue to deteriorate.

4) In light of the rapidly growing number of Richland County citizens who are aware of the serious, deleterious effects and dangers of vaccines and the multitudinous benefits of natural health and healing methods, all possible federal and or state requirements for future mandatory inoculations within Richland County should be strictly prohibited in accordance with the 4th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

5) Property taxes, as they are inherently unconstitutional and form a prominent plank of the communist manifesto, should be abolished and any needed revenues by the county generated with sales tax and or head taxes on increase.

6) A moratorium on foreclosures of all dwellings in Richland County is needed and necessary for the continued well-being and safety of our citizens.

LARGE TEA PARTY CROWD IN MANSFIELD HEARS COUNTY PROCLAMATION

-Posted 7-15-09

Approximately a thousand patriots gathered at a Tea Party to hear talks on the Constitution and our founding fathers on July 4th, from noon until after 2pm, on the Square in downtown Mansfield, Ohio. After the official speakers finished, an "open mic" period followed for those citizens who wanted to address the public.

Yours truly was among the first "open mic" speakers. I presented the basic reasons for and the overall functions of the Richland County Citizens For The 2nd Amendment and provided an opportunity to learn more by visiting our web site, or, to immediately sign-up at the table. (Many new members were added that day.) At the end of my short five minute talk I read the "Board of Richland County Commissioners Proclamation Supporting Second Amendment Rights", which was just passed that week, to resounding applause and even a few shouts of "Praise God!" Several video cameras were seen recording the event. So went another momentum building assembly, among many, that took place across America on Independence Day 2009.

Let's keep the snowball accelerating. To Victory.

MEETING WITH DIRECTOR OF RICHLAND COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH YIELDS CONCERNS

- Posted 7-15-09

On Monday, July 6th, 2009, beginning at 9:00 am, I and the officers of the Richland County Citizens For The 2nd Amendment met with Richland County Board of Health Director Stan Saalman in Mansfiield, Ohio to present some of the scientifically documented evidence establishing the dangers of vaccines and to discuss our adamant stance against any possible "mandatory inoculations" in the future. The meeting lasted some 45 minutes.

While Mr. Saalman agreed to do his "homework" as the pile of documents and documentary DVDs proving the dangers of vaccines were loaned to him, his answer to one question was particularly disturbing. That question was the following.

"Since the 'Richland County Emergency Management Agency Emergency Operations Plan, Updated 2008', available only on CD, stated on pages 90 and 93 respectively, that the EMA will go along with 'federal state guidelines' and 'will follow the federal government and ODH guidance' which would include the possible requirement of mandatory inoculations, if the federal or state of Ohio government ordered mandatory inoculations for the county population, would you comply?"

Mr. Saalman immediately answered, "I can't answer that question. Under what conditions? I can't conceive of a situation where we would do that." Mr. Saalman continued to be non-commital after being briefly pressed for a "yes" or "no" answer. It should be added that Mr. Saalman appeared quite nervous and would not allow our public meeting to be audio taped, and, that he mentioned he had training as an attorney.

Probably every county has an "Emergency Management Agency" which is closely associated with FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency. I strongly advise citizens from every county to visit their County EMA Office and County Board of Health to inquire about your rights in refusing any future "mandatory inoculations" and find out about the in-place plans for public quarantine. The threat of mandatory vaccinations in response to a projected pandemic is an issue of grave importance and should be explored by concerned citizens in every county, immediately. A copy of the Richland County Emergency Operations Plan, on CD, was supplied to me free of charge and revealed some rather shocking information. It is highly recommended that you acquire and review your own county's "Emergency Operations Plan", as soon as possible, before meeting with your county officials.

Since our Director of the Richland County Emergency Management Agency will be "out of the office" until July 21st, no reason was given, a meeting with him will have to wait to be scheduled until after he returns. It may be of interest to note that a COUNTRY WIDE Emergency Disaster Drill will be conducted July 27-31.

Mass public meetings with the above departments may be necessary if "pandemic hype" surges in the next several weeks. At least they are becoming aware of our most serious concerns.

Patriots of America, organize your counties. NOW.

HISTORY TEACHES THAT GOD IS NOT MERELY SOME KIND OF IDEA
- Posted 4-12-09

If the historical birth of America has demonstrated anything it has shown us that God is real, "He is There and He is not Silent". In fact, if it were not for the gracious assistance of Divine Providence, the war for American Independence would never have been won by Washington and his compatriots. A large number of the founding fathers were a blatantly Christian lot and the miraculous answers to fervent prayers comprised a familar constant during the revolutionary war as recorded by a plethora of historians. This one thing is certain, had the founding fathers not been of generally repentant and obedient hearts, of overall moral fiber, the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States of America would never have been written. America, as was established, would never have existed. (Of course, I'm well aware of the masonic elements of influence that also paralleled the nascent days of America. Two different spirits often vie in the development of events of historical import.)

Some might consider this an extreme position. However, when one reviews world history, one finds that as people obey the Commandments, Statutes and Judgments mandated in Scripture, a curious, but wonderful, thing becomes repetitive. Those people become a blessed corporate body to the degree to which they obey.

Our own moment in history is taking on more and more of the similarities to the time in which our founding fathers fought and died for the winning and preservation of Liberty in our land. Will we respond to the perils of our hour with equally repentant and obedient hearts confessing not only our sins but those of our fathers as well that have helped to plunge America into the depths of generational debauchery? Hosea 4:6-7. Deuteronomy chapter 28. Will we also depend upon the direction and protection of Divine Providence as we join in these contemporary struggles against evil? Time will tell. One thing is for sure, though. As was true with our founding fathers, it will be true with us. We don't stand a chance at winning this conflict without Divine intervention. May we all take a lesson from Washington's habitual kneeling in prayer. May we all search our own hearts and put our own houses in order before the approaching Storm. May we not flinch from corporate prayer. May He ready us all.
